By accessing or using Practice Pickleball, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Using Practice Pickleball
You may:
- use the website to explore drills and generate practice sessions;
- follow the drills and sessions yourself or with your practice group;
- print or save a reasonable number of sessions for your own practice or for the group taking part in that session; and
- share links to unmodified pages on the public website.
A coach may use the website live while instructing players, including during a paid lesson. This does not permit republishing, packaging, selling, or distributing the site's content as the coach's own material or as part of another product or content library.
Ownership
Copyright © 2026 Leonardo Bacciottini. All rights reserved. To the extent protected by applicable law, the original software, editorial wording, drill descriptions, session guidance, catalog selection and arrangement, page designs, and original graphics belong to Leonardo Bacciottini.
This claim does not cover pickleball rules, drill ideas, training methods, facts, or material in the public domain. It also does not claim ownership of third-party material.
Uses that need permission
Except for the uses expressly allowed above, or where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, adapt, republish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the website, its software, or its original content without prior written permission. You also may not:
- systematically scrape, extract, or compile drills or session data into another library;
- use the content, software, visual design, or catalog to build, train, or support a competing product or service;
- remove ownership, attribution, or rights notices; or
- reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections, except where that restriction is not permitted by law.
For permission beyond ordinary use, email practice.pickleball@gmail.com.
Name and logo
Practice Pickleball™ and its gear–pickleball–arrow logo are claimed as unregistered trademarks of Leonardo Bacciottini for pickleball training and drill-planning services. You may refer to Practice Pickleball by name when sharing a link or discussing the service, but you may not use the name, logo, or a confusingly similar identity in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
References and third-party material
Drill pages may link to videos, articles, organizations, names, trademarks, or other material owned by third parties. Those materials remain subject to their owners' terms and rights. A reference is provided for context or demonstration and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or transfer of rights.
Suggestions and reports
If you send a drill, correction, feature idea, or other suggestion, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You keep any rights you already hold, while granting Practice Pickleball a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, adapt, publish, and use the submission in connection with the website and its services. Do not send confidential information.
Practice safety and coaching
The website provides general educational information, not individualized coaching, medical advice, or a guarantee of improvement. Pickleball and physical training involve risk. Choose activities appropriate for the players, inspect the court and equipment, allow enough space, and stop if an activity causes pain or feels unsafe. Seek advice from a qualified coach or health professional when appropriate.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to make the material useful and accurate, but do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every player, or produce a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonardo Bacciottini is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy notice explains how the website handles information and browser storage. We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms by posting the revised text on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
General terms
If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
